Jag vet att det är problem att förvandla 4k till 120hz med Mac mini m1, till en Lg oled med hdmi 2.1. Har läst det finns ett sätt att fixa genom ”cable matters” och sen trolla lite med Windows.
Men är detta enda sättet eller finns det andra alternativ?
En TB4 till HDMI 2.1 adapter borde teoretiskt funka. Från hdmi-porten så kan du inte få ut 4K 120 hz då det är en HDMI 2.0 port.
Precis, men har läst att de strypt det , via hdmi från Thunderbolt. Men att Thunderbolt/usb c till DisplayPort funkar
Hur skulle de kunna strypa det? Är nog mer att HDMI rent generellt är ett skitformat och att det är svårt att hitta en kabel/adapter som stödjer det.

That doesn’t affect other methods of video output using those same USB-C ports. Tänkte annars att denna skulle funka, men inte köpt och provat än pga allt på nätet som står.
Där ser man. Nu har inte Mac mini m2 några usb-c portar utan bara TB4. Men det är kanske dem man menar.
Om du prompt ska ha ut Hdmi så får du se om det finns en adapter/hubb som tar emot Displayport och gör om signalen till Hdmi.
Om man ska vara messerschmidt så är ju USB-C själva kontakten inte dataformatet=)
