Jag har köpt en Samsung The Frame och även Sonos Beam. Ljudet är ju magiskt när det funkar men detta är det som är problemet. Ljudet kommer och går. Har pratat med båda återförsäljarna, nollställt tv:n, dragit ut alla kablar och in igen..
Ljudet hoppar mellan tv högtalare och sonos...
Nån som kan detta...???

Looking at the CEC messages between the TV and Beam it looks like the Beam is detecting the TV power on, and as part of the TV coming on the Beam requests to initiate ARC. Because the TV is in art mode it doesn't respond to the ARC initiation request, then when you switch to TV mode the Beam can't tell the difference. HDMI pin 19 still has the same positive voltage indicating the TV is on, so the Beam doesn't know anything has changed, and doesn't request ARC be initiated.
Powering off the TV completely causes HDMI pin 19 to no longer have a voltage, so when the TV comes back on there is a change the Beam can detect, and it requests ARC initiation again.
We have been working on the ongoing audio problem between the Sonos Arc and several 2020 Samsung TV models. These models support the new eARC connectivity. Samsung TVs prior to and from 2019 do not support eARC and are not seeing this particular problem. Customers will randomly experience a complete loss of audio which requires either the rebooting of the Sonos Arc and/or the rebooting of the Samsung TV.
Så det verkar i alla fall ha funnits en del problem. Skulle se till att både tv och soundbar har senaste firmware och hoppas på det bästa.
